Next Month's Theme Bags n Tags

Next month's theme for the CDC Girlies is Bags n Tags. I think it should be so fun! I made these ahead of time for some examples, but I can hardly wait to see what you crafty divas come up with! Date June 30th, from 10-2 at Tif's house!

Tif's Father's Day Card

I Love this card! Who is the #1 DAD- U R! Fun Card, I was able to use a couple new techniques, chip board cutting on the Cricut ( with a helpful tip from my religous friend Nancy, to use cerial boxes for the chip board, it worked great!), craft metalic paint, layered with glitter paint, and some thing SOOOO not my usual M.O. distressing with black ink:) It all started with this adorable paper by Chatterbox and grew from there, I think I bought Roberts totally out of it! sorry! cartridges used, Storybook for the owl, Cutin' up for the letters, and Stretch your Imagination for the tree and leaves.

Hello girlies! Who knew dear old Dad could inspire us all so much! The cards this month are certainly some of my all time FAVS!!!! P.S. Congrats to the Grads!

Valentine's Day Project

This was another fun project! Inspired by my cute little friend Steph! After stitching the pieces together, and assembling the tags, I had each of the kids write a Valentine's Day message on the back of their own tag. These were a hit with the Grandmas!
